Returns & Exchange Policy

At NOVABASICS, we focus on delivering quality you can trust. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help in a clear and transparent way.

Exchange Eligibility

Products purchased from the NOVABASICS website can be exchanged within 7 days of receiving your parcel if:

- The item received is damaged or defective.

- The item received does not match the product description or specifications shown on our website.

- If the size or color of your order was mistakenly altered by our fulfilment team.

- If an incorrect item specification (article, color or size) was selected from your end.

Exchange Guidelines

- Share clear photographic evidence within 7 days at:

- Received requests will be reviewed fairly on a case-by-case basis.

 - Once verified, send the item back at NOVABASICS warehouse using any courier service:

· In case of change of mind (article, color or size), the courier charges for both the sides will be covered by the customer.

· In case of damaged or incorrect article, the courier charges for both the sides will be covered by NOVABASICS.

- The replacement will be delivered within 7 working days after receiving the item at NOVABASICS warehouse.

Exchange Limitations

Exchanges may not be approved if:

- The request is made after 7 days of receiving your parcel.

- The product has been worn, washed, altered or tampered with.

- Original tags, packaging, or accessories are missing.

No Cash Return Policy

The purchased item can only be exchanged. We do not offer cash returns.
